equinox-gain provides financial literacy education programmes for children and teenagers in Leeds and West Yorkshire. Our services include term-based courses, workshops, family sessions, and school partnerships.

Eligibility
Our programmes are designed for children and teenagers aged 7-17. Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for their child's participation. By enrolling a child in our programmes, the parent or guardian confirms they have the legal authority to do so.
Registration and Enrolment
To enrol in our programmes, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be a parent or legal guardian of the participating child
- Agree to these Terms of Use
- Pay applicable programme fees
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel enrolment at our discretion if we believe the information provided is inaccurate or if our policies have been violated.
Programme Fees and Payment
Programme fees are published on our website and are subject to change. Full payment is required before programme commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before programme start date: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before programme start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before programme start date: No refund, credit towards future programmes may be offered
- Individual missed sessions: No refund, make-up sessions may be available where space permits

Attendance and Conduct
We expect all participants to:
- Attend sessions punctually and regularly
- Behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants
- Follow instructions provided by programme staff
- Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of equinox-gain or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Programme materials provided to participants are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
